Occupational Ergonomics

BERGO provides ergonomics assistance to support the design and use of work areas so as to ensure comfortable, efficient, safe and productive working.

We help organisations with risk assessments and compliance activities in relation to the Health & Safety DSE Regulations (1992) and the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992.

Our project experience includes DSE workstation assessments, ergonomic workplace evaluations and pain assessments for both public and private sector organisations.

DSE Workstation Assessments

BERGO has extensive experience in DSE workstation assessments and risk assessments to identify, assess and control the risks of musculoskeletal disorders.

We propose recommendations on workstation setup to ensure workers' safety and regulatory compliance with the Health & Safety DSE Regulations (1992).

Manual Handling Assessments

BERGO has experience in conducting risks assessments related to manual handling activities within an organisation.

We inspect manual work tasks through direct observation and interviewing techniques. Remedial actions are provided to ensure workers’ safety and regulatory compliance with the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992.
